Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Support For Everyone (“SFE”, “we”, “us”) platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms. ABN 50 686 098 448.

1. What SFE is

SFE is an online marketplace that connects NDIS participants with independent support workers. Support workers are independent contractors who run their own businesses — they are not employees of SFE. SFE facilitates discovery, booking, payment, invoicing and compliance, but the support services themselves are provided by the worker to the participant.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that present a safeguarding risk.

3. Worker obligations

As an independent worker you must: hold and maintain your own Australian Business Number (ABN); hold current public liability (and personal accident) insurance; hold and keep current the required compliance documents (Working With Children Check, National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening) and any qualifications relevant to the services you offer; sign the Subcontractor Agreement; and deliver services safely, lawfully and in line with NDIS standards. Workers who lack a current required credential are hidden from search and cannot have bookings confirmed.

4. Participant obligations

Participants must provide accurate plan and funding information, ensure they have available funds for the supports they book, treat workers with respect, and provide a safe environment for the delivery of supports.

5. Fees and payments

SFE charges a platform fee — a blended rate of approximately 12.5% (5% applied to the participant’s bill and 7.5% deducted from the worker’s payout). Goods and services tax (GST) may apply to the platform fee. Payments are processed by Stripe; by transacting on the platform you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Fees are disclosed before a booking is confirmed and may change on notice.

6. Bookings, cancellations and budgets

Bookings are subject to a pre-booking eligibility check, including available budget and worker compliance. Cancellation terms and any applicable notice or charges are shown at the time of booking. SFE may decline or block a booking that fails a safeguarding or eligibility check.

7. Compliance and safeguarding

The platform enforces credential checks, high-risk service gates, digital policy acknowledgements and incident reporting to support safe service delivery. You agree to comply with these requirements and to report incidents promptly and honestly. Serious or reportable incidents may be escalated to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

8. Independent contractor relationship

Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship between SFE and a worker, or between a participant and SFE in respect of the support delivered. Workers set their own rates and choose the work they accept.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFE is not liable for the acts or omissions of participants or workers, or for the quality of services arranged through the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time, subject to settling any outstanding bookings or invoices. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-compliance, or to protect users.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
